On Wednesday, July 22nd, 2026, District Judge Terrence Brown rendered his desicion on the matter of bond in the case regarding Sierra Shay Hadaway, the mother that has been charged with murder of two-year-old Madilynn Hadaway.
According to the CCSD investigators, they found the child’s arms, legs, and ankles were bound, and she was placed face down on a bed for more than twelve hours. It is believed that the child died from asphyxiation.
Judge Brown has ruled no bond . Further explanation is attached below.
