Angelique Alise Browning, known affectionately as Angelique to her friends and family, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2025, in Opelika, Alabama, at the age of 33. Born on December 15, 1991, in Shreveport, Louisiana, Angelique’s vibrant spirit and loving nature touched the lives of all who knew her.

Angelique’s life was one of passion and joy. She had an insatiable love for reading and writing, which allowed her to explore worlds beyond her own. Her adventurous soul led her to travel extensively, marveling at the beauty of nature and the diversity of cultures. Angelique’s spirituality shone brightly, guiding her through life’s journey with grace and wisdom.

She was the embodiment of love and kindness, always putting others before herself. Her spirited personality was a beacon of light, bringing laughter and warmth to every gathering. Angelique cherished the time spent with her beloved husband, Zachery Browning, and her close-knit family. She leaves behind a legacy of love with her sisters Danyelle, Nastassia, Sharda, Dominique, and Keiara Lloyd, sister-in-law Emily Browning, father Tontera Lloyd, and in-laws Matt and Tammy Browning. Her memory will also be treasured by her close family friends Jakayla and Pierce Rhone, and Richard McGhee.

Preceded in death by her mother, Cynthia Lloyd, and brother, Baby Lloyd, Angelique’s spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those she loved. Her life was a testament to the power of kindness, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Memorial services for Angelique will be held on Friday, May 23rd, 2025, at 3:00 PM (EDT) at Johnson-Brown Service Funeral Home in Valley, Alabama. Mr. Paul Story will officiate.
