July 28, 1964 ~ March 30, 2025 (age 60)

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Connie Ann Foster on March 30, 2025, at the age of 60. She passed away peacefully at home.

Connie was born on July 28, 1964, to Patsy Anne Foster (Gilmore) and the late Fred Estes Foster, Sr. She lived in Valley, AL majority of her life Connie was a beautiful soul who danced her way into the hearts of all who knew her.

When diagnosed with cancer, her response was, “Well, I’m just too much for this world to handle.” Anyone who knew her would have to agree. She leaves behind memories that will be cherished by us all. Her unwavering strength, love, and compassion will inspire generations to come. She had a heart full of adventure and loved the beach and outdoors. She also had a love for all living creatures whether it be a snail, a crab, or a dog, she loved them all and appreciated their beauty big and small. Most of all she cherished her daughters, grandsons, and her family. We were all truly blessed to have been a part of her life. Heaven has for sure gained another Angel. Our lives here on earth will never be the same without her.

Connie leaves behind two beautiful daughters, DeLaina Allen (Chris) Thomas and Jennifer (Crystal) McVey, and two brothers Fred (Amanda) Foster Jr. and Micheal Cuddy. Her sister, Nancy Foster Johnson. She also leaves her grandsons, Jalen Foster, Christian “Lil Man” Davis, and Aiden Davis. Her nieces and nephews, her “chosen” family, and her uncle Oliver “Bunky” (Cathy) Gilmore. And last but certainly not least Ross (Patsy Gilmore) Stribling.

She was also preceded in death by her sisters Amanda Cuddy and Gina Brooke Foster. By now, I’m sure you know that the person writing this must have held Connie dear to her heart, and I say that you’re right. She was my sister, my best friend. There is no way that I could ever put into words all that she meant to us. No way that I could ever put into words how strong, smart, funny, or loved she was. If you have ever had the privilege of knowing her you know what I mean.
