Tonya was born, January 22, 1980, in Birmingham, Alabama, to Wendall Evans and Betty Howard Evans.
Survivors include, son, Jonathan Harper (Samantha Do), sister, Kelly Evans, niece, Katelyn Evans, nephews, Conner Evans, Gerald Heath, and brother, Wendall Keith Evans, Jr.
