OPELIKA, Ala. – The Opelika Police Department has arrested a 42-year-old Opelika man on several charges related to Child Pornography. Sebastian Franco was arrested on four counts of Possession of Child Pornography related to a tip from the Internet Crime Against Children (ICAC). Through the investigation, Franco was identified as the suspect. On Wednesday, August 26, 2026, Franco was arrested and booked into the Lee County Jail.
