Judy Faye Huff, known lovingly as Judy, passed away on July 9, 2026, in Columbus, Georgia, at the age of 79.

Born on November 25, 1946, in Columbus, Georgia, Judy lived a life marked by love, kindness, and devotion to the people who meant the most to her. She was a loving, kind, and friendly woman whose gentle spirit touched everyone who knew her. Judy was a devoted mother, wife, and friend, and she carried those roles with grace and unwavering care throughout her life.

Judy always put her family first and took great pride in the life she helped build around them. She was especially proud of her grandchildren, Olivia Williams and Ace Williams, and found great joy in their accomplishments and presence in her life. Her daughters, Debbie Lewis and Rachel Williams and her husband, Jonathan, were a constant source of love and pride for her, and she cherished the bond she shared with each of them. Judy’s home and heart were filled with warmth, and she created a lasting legacy of love through the family she nurtured so faithfully.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur Stanford Huff, her parents, Louise and Raymond Lawrence, and her sister, Ruth Sebastian. Their memories remained close to her heart throughout her life, and she carried their love with her always.

Judy is survived by her daughters, Debbie Lewis and Rachel Williams and her husband, Jonathan, her grandchildren, Olivia Williams and Ace Williams, and her special friends, Ronni Garzee, Robin Stubbs, and Betty Ray, who gave her so much love and support. The friendships she formed were deeply meaningful, and she valued the companionship, kindness, and loyalty of those who stood beside her through the years.

Those who knew Judy will remember her for her loving nature, her friendly smile, and the kindness she extended so freely to others. She had a way of making people feel welcome and cared for, and her presence brought comfort and joy to many. Her life was a reflection of devotion to family, steadfast friendship, and a heart that gave generously to others.

Graveside services for Judy will be held on Tuesday, July 14th, 2026, at 11:00 AM (EDT) at Johnson Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Valley, Alabama. Interment will follow Johnson Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The Pastor Rusty Letson will officiate.
