The Chambers County Commission held a special called meeting Monday to discuss humidity concerns in two courthouse courtrooms.

In recent weeks, all court cases have been moved upstairs to the original courtroom while officials review the issue.

County Attorney Skip McCoy made a motion to enter executive session. Afterward, he said the county could use the Alfa building if needed while it takes a closer look at the humidity concerns.

“We just want to make everyone comfortable while addressing the concerns,” McCoy said.
