Auburn man charged for assault second degree

AUBURN, Ala. – On Oct. 13, 2026, the Auburn Police Department arrested Antonial Jamar Alexander, 37, from Auburn, Alabama, on a felony warrant charging him with assault second degree.

The arrest stems from a report of an assault near the 400 block of Boykin Street. Responding officers located a victim with a head injury. The victim was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for medical treatment.

After further investigation, Auburn Police identified Antonial Jamar Alexander as a suspect, and officers located him in the area. The suspect was taken into custody without incident.

Alexander was transported to the Lee County Jail and held on a $25,000 bond.

All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
