OPD Ask Public for Assistance Identifying OneMain Financial Suspect

OPELIKA, Ala. – The Opelika Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a Theft which occurred at OneMain Financial, located at 3796 Pepperell Parkway.

On September 21, 2026, a black male entered the business requesting a loan. He provided an Alabama Driver’s license, which was later determined to have been altered. The man was given a loan check for $15,000 before leaving the business.
