VALLEY- On Monday, Valley Mayor Leonard Riley and Council issued a Proclamation to Shirra Roberts for his community work in celebration of Black History Month during the regular called meeting.

Valley Councilwoman Marquetta Madden read the Proclamation on behalf of Mayor Riley and Council as family and friends of Roberts looked on.
