Thomas Clinton “Clint” Clem, III, an example of selflessness and spirited joy, passed away on December 18, 2025, in Montgomery, Alabama.
Born on December 20, 1965, in Troup County, Georgia, Clint spent his life cultivating a legacy of dedication and love, not only within his community but also among his cherished family and friends.
Clint is survived by his beloved wife, Christi Clem, and stepchildren, Jenna Jordan (David) and Jordan Daniel. He will forever be celebrated as an adoring grandfather, leaving behind seven grandchildren who will miss his guidance and gentle presence. Clint also leaves behind his devoted sister, Lisa Clem Hudson (Charles), along with several nieces and nephews who all remember him fondly. His special friend, Laurie Disko, treasured Clint’s company and the spirited conversations they shared.
Clint’s professional life involved former employment with Valley Monument Company. There, he worked diligently in connection with his late mother, Joyce Holloway Rowden, and late stepfather, Bill Rowden, assisting in the former ownership and operations of a business that stands as a testament to his commitment and hardworking nature.
Often described as a free spirit, Clint embraced the excitement of gambling and could often be found trying his luck at the slot machines. His jovial nature brought light to every casino he visited, and the laughter he shared will echo among those establishments for years to come.
People close to him knew Clint as a man who would give without expecting anything in return, a man whose spirit was as generous as his smile.
Preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Clinton Clem, II, and Joyce Holloway Rowden, as well as his stepfather, Bill Rowden.
He lived an exemplary life, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, commitment, and an unquenchable zest for life. His departure will be felt deeply, but the stories of his life will be told with warmth and affection, ensuring that his spirit lives on.
