Ms. Sheila D. Turner, 59 passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at Baptist Medical Center South, Montgomery, AL.
Public Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2, 2024 from 2:00 PM CST until 6:00 PM CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel, Lafayette, AL.
Ms. Turner will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.
Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, 12:00 PM EST at New Dimensions Worship Center, Valley, AL. Bishop Donald Lancaster, Pastor/Eulogist. Apostle Willie Eva Hicks, Officiating
Interment will follow funeral service in Pine Hill Cemetery, Lanett, AL.
She leaves to cherish her memories: one loving and caring daughter, Tambria Turner of Lanett, AL, two grandsons, Sonterrius and Mi’Kell Dunn both of Lanett, AL; four sisters, Emma Doris Echols of Auburn, AL, Brenda Carwell of Lanett, AL, Cynthia Turner of Lafayette, AL, and Tammy Baker of Lafayette, AL; one niece, NaKetta Billingslea of Lanett, AL; one nephew, Jerry (Landria) Walker of West Point, GA; special nieces, Mazion (Cat) Cofield and Skylin (Tomato) Billingslea; two special god daughters, Necie (Jasper) Todd and Candace Flournoy; and a host of aunts, uncles, family, and friends.
