Ms. Dorothy Jean Holloway, 58 of LaFayette, AL passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
Public Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette, AL.
Ms. Holloway will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, 12:00 p.m. CST at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in LaFayette, AL, Rev. Terrence Holloway, Pastor/Officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Ms. Holloway is survived by three children, Latasha Holloway (Bryant Ross), Jessica Holloway (Tommy Phillips) and Keith Holloway (Tanarius Marshal), all of LaFayette, Alabama, four grandchildren, Ryan Ross, Bryan Ross, DeQuincey Holloway and Tristan Durham, five sisters, Willie Mae Thomas of Waverly, Alabama, Johnnie Mae (Richard) Ware, Minnie Holloway, and Mattie Woody, all of LaFayette, Alabama and Christina (Vonroyce) Trimble of Opelika, Alabama, four brothers, Clanton Holloway, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Opelika, Alabama, Billie Wayne (Christine) Holloway, Dennis (Diane) Holloway and Jeffrey Holloway (Theresa), all of LaFayette, Alabama, special nieces, Sharon, Melissa, Carolyn, Laconya, Evelyn and Felecia, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
