Chambers has a marginal risk for excessive rainfall with potential for isolated flooding of low lying and poor drainage areas and/or flash flooding this afternoon (Tuesday) through tomorrow (Wednesday) or early Thursday morning.
Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning Chambers has a marginal risk, at this time, for the potential of severe storms.
Another system on Saturday will bring additional threats of severe weather and perhaps a renewed flooding threat.
State- Wide we can expect moderate to heavy rainfall will move into the area this afternoon, continuing through Thursday morning. This will lead to a low-medium risk for nuisance flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas, and a low risk of isolated flash flooding. A few severe storms will also be possible late Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning. Another system on Saturday will bring additional threats of severe weather and perhaps a renewed flooding threat.
