November 5, 1958 ~ February 19, 2026 (age 67)
Debra Bullard Owens, 67, of Five Points, passed away on February 19, 2027, at WellStar West Georgia Medical Center in LaGrange, surrounded by her husband and her sweet girls.
She is survived by the love of her life and husband of 45 years, Billy “Chuck” Owens; her daughter, Jessica (Geoff) Yeager; and her granddaughters, Hannah and Kenly Ann. She is also survived by her parents, Donald and Ann Bullard; her sisters, Cynthia (Bo) Lauderdale, Pamela (Paul) Roberts, sister-in-law, Ana Bullard and her beloved cat, Leo and a host of extended family members, and special cousin Sharon Lloyd Scott.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lee and Ivy Miles, Georgia and Hillyard Bullard, and brother, Duwayne Bullard.
Debra attended Lanett High School and began her career as a weaver at WestPoint Pepperell, where she worked for more than 25 years. She was of the Baptist faith.
Visitation will be at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley on Sunday February 22nd at 2:30 ET and funeral services will begin in the chapel at 3:30. Interment to follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Pastor Mike Petry will officiate.
