April was a beacon of kindness and a testament to the enduring strength of love. She was a cherished daughter, a loving wife, an exceptional mother, and a loyal sister, gracing the lives of her husband, Timmy Sanders; daughters, Jaymie (Mike) Chapman, Kinley Davis, and Ali Sanders; her brother, Jeremy (Dawn) Smith; her parent, Edward Smith and Rozanne Robinson; her niece, Alexsis (Dalton) Green; her nephew, Preston Smith; and her stepsister, Shain Lott. A steadfast Auburn University fan, April reveled in the thrill of college sports and the sense of community it fostered. Her face would light up with every victory, and she could be found cheering passionately, whether from the stands or the living room couch. April’s love for the sunsets and sand was well-known, as she found solace and joy in going to the beach.

Known affectionately as the life of the party, April loved attending wine nights, during which she delighted in the company of her close friends and family. Her warm laughter and thoughtful conversations were the highlights of these evenings and created memories that will be treasured by all who were fortunate enough to join her.

April’s gentleness was not just a personal trait but a gift she shared liberally with everyone she met. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness that has deeply touched the lives of those around her, setting an example for all to follow. Her memory will live on in the many lives she has influenced and the profound sense of love she fostered within her community.

April was preceded in death by her stepfather, Jerry Robinson, whose memory she held close to her heart. His guidance and love helped shape the wonderful woman she became.
