April 25, 1943 ~ May 16, 2025 (age 82)

Glenda Granger Hall, a cherished sister, aunt, and friend, affectionately known by all as Glenda, passed away on May 16, 2025, at her home in LaFayette, Alabama. Born on April 25, 1943, in West Point, Georgia, Glenda’s life was characterized by kindness, thoughtfulness, and a friendly spirit that left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Glenda found joy in the simple pleasure of games, embracing the company of loved ones around puzzles, bingo, cards, and crossword puzzles. A true family historian, she was the genealogist of the Granger line, dedicated to uncovering their ancestry and connecting the past with the present. As a long-standing member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she lived her faith and values each day, extending a hand of fellowship and compassion to her community.

She will be fondly remembered by her siblings, Joe Granger of Valley, AL, Gary Granger of Tallassee, AL, Larry Granger of Opelika, AL, and Carol Ward of Dadeville, AL, along with a host of beloved nieces and nephews.

Glenda is reunited in death with her devoted husband, John Frank Hall, her parents, Dock and Polly Granger, and her siblings, Ralph Granger of Pensacola, FL, and Susan Elizabeth Granger of Valley, AL.

As we celebrate Glenda’s life, we take comfort in knowing that her legacy of love and family unity will continue to thrive in the hearts of those who loved her.
