September 25, 1934 ~ May 12, 2025 (age 90)

Irmgard Ann Westfall was born on September 25th, 1934, in Germany. She lived there until she met her beloved husband, Clova Dayton Westfall, Jr. They later made their home in Beulah, Alabama.

Irmgard was a devoted member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Lanett, Alabama. She was a volunteer and a passionate supporter of Valley Haven School. Her passion for caring for others also led her to volunteer for Chattahoochee Hospice.

She will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends for her graceful spirit, unwavering love, and compassionate nature. Her thoughtful gestures will forever be remembered.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clova Dayton Westfall, Jr.; their daughter, Mary Jane Westfall; parents, George and Ann Schwarts; and sister, Annelise Fuchs (Wilford).

Her surviving family include five children, Ann Lassiter (Chris), George Westfall, Toby Westfall (Christine), Clay Westfall (Olga), and Jeffery Westfall. She has an abundance of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces in Germany.

In lieu of flowers a donation to Valley Haven School or Chattahoochee Hospice would be appreciated.

Funeral services for Irmgard will be held on Thursday, May 15th, 2025, at 10:00 AM (EDT) at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Lanett, Alabama follow by a committal ceremony at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery at 1:30 PM (EDT). No visitation is planned.
