Valley Police are investigating a Vandalism incident at the Monument bench in front of the old Langdale Mill at Veterans Park in Langdale. The incident is believed to have happened on Wednesday or early Thursday morning.
According to American Legion Post 67 Post Commander Lanny Bledsoe, two monuments were overturned, which listed the names of local men who gave their lives for our freedom during World War II, as well as two other monuments of local men who gave their lives for their country in the Korean and Vietnam wars.
Valley Police is investigating the incident that has the community outraged.
