Individual Pronounced Deceased at Construction Site in West Point

On June 7, 2024, at or near 9:30 am EST., officers, emergency medical and investigators from the West Point Police Department, West Point Fire Department and Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded to a medical emergency at the construction site located near 155 Progress Parkway in West Point.

Upon arrival, Officers and Medical staff performed life saving measures on a subject with injuries but attempts were unsuccessful. The subject was declared deceased at the scene by the Harris County Coroner.

No foul play is expected in this incident.
