Where on, September 3rd 2026 the Tallapoosa County Narcotics Task Force conducted a traffic stop on a 2025 Nissan Altima being driven by Christian Tuck. Tuck had outstanding warrants for Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance. During the traffic stop agents observed a pill inside the vehicle. The pill was identified as a Schedule II controlled substance. Based on the totally of the circumstances a search warrant was obtained for a residence in Coosa County. Coosa County Assisted in the search of the residence where approximately 1.5 pounds of marijuana was recovered, along with several items used in the distribution and possession of controlled substances.

Christian K. Tuck 27 of Alexander City

Was arrested for Five counts of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Through Tallapoosa County. He has pending charges in Coosa County for, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Latravius T. Kelley 27 of Alexander City

Was arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.

The Tallapoosa County Narcotics Task Force is thankful for the close partnership with the Coosa County Sheriff’s in the assistance in taking illegal narcotics off the streets of our two counties.

The investigation into the trafficking, possession and distribution of illegal narcotics, is ongoing in Tallapoosa County.
