Mr. Christopher L. Jackson, 60 of Lanett, AL passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2026.
Public Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM EST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette, AL.
Mr. Jackson will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 24, 2026, 1:00 PM EST at Greenwood Baptist Church in Lanett, AL, Rev. Michael Winston, Pastor; Bishop Donald Lancaster, Eulogist; Rev. Tony Avery, Officiating
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Jackson leaves cherished memories with his mother, Annie Ruth Jackson, four children, Christopher Henderson, Anastasia Harris, Christavious Jackson and Kaiden “Liam” Dowell; nine siblings: Willie “Jack” Jackson, Debra Jones, Gwen (Harvey) Brown, Jerome Jackson, Tony (Brenda) Jackson, Victoria Jackson, Lisa Jackson, Lashonda (Fermandez) Jones, and Fetula (Quinton) Harper; aunts: Doris Washington, Elizabeth Chambers, Olamae Walton, Dorothy (Jarvis) Travis, Doris Buchannon, Hamp (Dorothy) Jackson, and Christane Huguley, a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, a special friend, Diane Dowell, a special neighbor, Breana Turner, other relatives and friends.
