AUBURN, Ala. – On July 16, 2026, the Auburn Police Department arrested Adolph Litay Dunn Jr., 18, of Opelika, Alabama; Zaquivious Damarcus Cochran, 21, of Valley, Alabama; Jordan Randall Richardson Jr., 18, of Lafayette, Alabama; Kandace Laklynn Fabiani, 23, of Opelika, Alabama; and a 14-year-old juvenile of Auburn, Alabama, on several charges including unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle, theft of property, receiving stolen property, unlawful possession of a machine gun conversion device and certain persons forbidden to possess a firearm.
The arrests stem from an investigation into several reports of unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle that were reported earlier the same day in the 1400 block of Gatewood Place. The victims reported their vehicles were unlawfully entered and that several items had been stolen.
After further investigation, detectives identified Dunn, Cochran, Richardson, Fabiani and the juvenile as suspects. Auburn Police officers subsequently contacted all five individuals and recovered the reported stolen property. All five suspects were then transported to the Auburn Police Department for questioning.
Dunn, Cochran and Richardson were each arrested for four counts of unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle, three counts of theft of property fourth degree and one count of theft of property second degree. They were transported to the Lee County Jail where they are each being held on bonds of $18,000 respectively.
Fabiani was arrested for receiving stolen property second degree and transported to the Lee County Jail where she is being held on a $3,000 bond.
The juvenile was arrested for three counts of theft of property fourth degree, one count of theft of property second degree, one count of certain persons forbidden to possess a firearm and one count of unlawful possession of a machine gun conversion device. The juvenile was transported to the Lee County Youth Detention Facility where they are currently being held.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
