Mr. Timothy L. Jones, of Valley, Alabama, passed away on June 20, 2026, in Opelika. He was 57 years old.
Mr. Timothy L. Jones was born on February 27, 1969, in Gallatin, Tennessee to the late Jimmy and Patricia Satterfield Jones. He is also preceded in death by his sisters, Tonya Carter McCullough and Teresa Jones; uncle, Jackie Jones; cousins, Tammy Escue and Christy Jones; and nephew, Scotty Carter.
He is survived by his loving wife, Dianna Gregory Jones; children, Erica Jones (Charles Turner-Finley), Jimmy Jones, and Jacob Jones; great-nephew (foster-son), Corey Woodard; grandchildren, Hannah Jones, Jacobi Edwards, Hunter Jones, Josiah Edwards, Jiliauna Edwards, and Jah’Skyla Turner; sister, Tina Huntsman; aunts, Joyce Burgess, Judy Kay Bailey, and Earlene Bailey; cousins, Troy Jackson, Carl Downey, Lisa Kenyon, Jamie Bailey, Ashley Lincoln, Cody Bailey, Joshua Bailey, and Angela Allen; nieces and nephews, Brandy Huntsman, Timothy Huntsman, Shane Huntsman, Kristen Huntsman, Kayla Turner, Steven Carter, Amber Black and Krystyne McComb; friends, Wayne Hall (Beth) and many, many other great friends and family members.
Tim loved to ride motorcycles, draw, build model cars, fish, and spend time with family and friends. Tim was a father figure to many and was lovingly referred to by many as “Unc” or “Uncle Timmy”. He was kind, compassionate, and a sincere friend to all. Tim was a wonderful father and deeply loved his children and grandchildren unconditionally. He was greatly loved and will be dearly missed.
Per Tim’s wishes, there will be no services.
