April 27, 1965 – May 12, 2026

Today we gather to remember and celebrate the life of Robert David Miller — a husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend who leaves behind a lifetime of memories for those who knew and loved him.

Robert was someone who truly enjoyed life. Whether he was riding motorcycles with the wind in his face, fishing on the water, water skiing, participating in extracurricular activities, or simply enjoying the company of friends and family, he found happiness in the moments that brought people together. He loved adventure, laughter, and making memories with those around him. Those who knew him will remember his spirit, his “big” stories, jokes, and the way he enjoyed living life on his own terms.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Jean Miller, and his father, Earnest “Bo” Miller. Son-in-law Kevin Barnes.

Robert leaves behind his wife, Lisa Miller of Waynesboro, GA; his daughters, Sky Blu Miller(Snap) of Hephzibah, GA, and Stormy Daze Burroughs (Damien) of Augusta, GA; and his beloved granddaughters, Marley, Brianna, and Raelynn, who will continue to carry his memory forward. He is also survived by his sister, Nita Ward (Scott) of West Point, GA, along with many aunts, cousins, and lifelong family friends whose lives were touched by knowing him.

While we mourn the loss of Robert, we also celebrate the memories he gave us — the laughter shared, the stories told, the rides taken, and the moments spent together that can never be replaced. Though he may no longer be with us physically, the impact he made on the people who loved him will remain.

A private family life celebration will be held at the home of Nita and Scott Ward, where family will gather to honor and remember Robert in a way that reflects the life he lived.

May he ride free and rest peacefully.
