Ms. Shanletria “Shannon” Sands, a resident of Opelika, AL, and native of Valley, AL, died Sunday, April 19, 2026, at her residence.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Monday, April 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. (EST) from Zion Rest Baptist Church Heard Center, 2947 50th St., Valley, AL, Rev. Frederick Stanley, Pastor/Officiant, and Rev. Charles Magby, Eulogist.
Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery, West Point, GA. Davis Memorial Mortuary of Valley is directing.
