The Chambers County Sheriff’s Office is proud to announce that it is now equipped with Life-Saving Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) in patrol vehicles, enhancing safety for over 35,000 residents across 597 square miles in Chambers County.
“By equipping our Sheriff’s Deputies with AEDs, we are better prepared to assist our citizens until the ambulance arrives. Time is of the essence when it comes to cardiac arrest, and these AEDs will help bridge the gap between the arrival of an ambulance and emergency assistance.” – Sheriff Nelson
