Mr. William H. Johnson, 87, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2026.
Public Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026, from 3:00 PM EST until 6:00 PM EST at Silmon – Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel, Lafayette, AL 36862
Mr. Johnson will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST at Mt. Hermon Baptist Church, Lanett, AL. Reverend Justin Freeman, Pastor. Reverend Jeffery McCauley, Eulogist.
Interment will follow the funeral service at Pine Hill Cemetery, Lanett, AL.
His memories will be cherished by: his loving wife, Rosie Johnson, who was his caregiver to the end, his children, William C. (Karen) Johnson, Gloria Johnson, Sylvia Johnson, and Terrell Johnson; goddaughter, Mikaela (Snow) Dozier; special nephew, Willie (Annie) Evans; special nieces, his road dog, Beverly Tucker and Hattie(Bobby) Bridges; his daycare kids whom he looked after many days, Devin and Nia Higgins, Ronnie Jr. and Whitney Billingsley, Josh Dowdell, Maya
