Willie “Claxton” Miles, age 84, passed away on March 1, 2026, in Lafayette, Alabama. Born in Randolph County, March 17, 1941, he was the son of the late Lucy Harvell Miles and Frank Miles.
Claxton is preceded in death by his wife, Sandra P. Miles.
Survivors include Kerry G. Miles (Lauren), Scott Miles, sister, Opal Shepard.
Graveside service for Claxton will be held at 2:30 P.M. (EST), Friday, March 6, 2026, at Johnson Memorial Gardens with interment to follow.
Visitation will be held at, Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley, one hour prior to service time.
