VALLEY – During Monday’s Valley Council meeting, Sarah Crutchfield from the Valley Local addressed the council about the upcoming Pancake Day.
“This Friday, Pancake Day will take place at the community center, with serving times from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. We will start cooking at 5 a.m. EST, and tickets can be purchased at the community center,” Crutchfield announced.
Adult plates are priced at $10 and include four pancakes, two sausage patties, and a drink. Children’s plates cost $5 and come with two pancakes, a sausage patty, and a drink.
Pancake Day in Valley has a longstanding tradition that the Valley Local is proud to uphold. Proceeds from the event will support various causes in Chambers County.
