On Friday, the Beauregard Volunteer Fire Department personnel were dispatched to a reported structure fire. Upon arrival, BVFD found a residential structure fully involved. Additional aid was requested from the Southwest Lee County Fire Department as well as the Lee County Emergency Management Agency.
All units deployed multiple hose lines and were able to extinguish the flames. No residents were home during this incident, but sadly 3 family pets were lost.
The Beauregard Volunteer Fire Department responded with 6 apparatus, 11 personnel, and were on scene approximately 3hrs.
