VALLEY- At Monday’s Valley Council meeting, Mayor Riley and the council heard from the Himmelwright Accounting Firm from Auburn regarding the city’s audit of 2024. An Audit that may just be their best. John Boles and Adam Creel briefed the Valley Council on their findings.
The audit showed continued growth with Assets in the $17 million range while liabilities being around $2 million and a general fund that is $1.4 million over what was dispersed.

The next Valley Council meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 14th, at 6 pm EST at Valley City Hall. The May 25th Valley Council has been moved to May 5th due to scheduling conflicts and Memorial Festivities.
